Hayley has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and over 20 years' experience of managing resources and maximising efficiency. Before starting Organised by Hayley in 2019, Hayley spent 15 years working in senior finance and governance roles in the NHS, providing effective and efficient support to the Board. Hayley is passionate about organising and getting things done, and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Danielle is a professional organiser who helps busy households to declutter and organise their homes so they feel calmer, more functional, and easier to manage.
Before joining Organised by Hayley, Danielle spent 14 years as a primary school teacher, where organisation, patience, and problem-solving were part of everyday life. Danielle is also a mum to two young children, so she completely understands how quickly clutter can build up and how hard it can be to find the time or energy to deal with it. These days, alongside working with clients in their homes, Danielle also works part-time as a receptionist in an educational setting, helping keep daily admin organised and running smoothly. Organisation has always been something she genuinely enjoys, whether that's at work, in her own home, or supporting someone else to take back control of their space.
Danielle loves creating simple, practical systems that actually work for real life - not perfection. Her approach is friendly, supportive, and completely judgement-free. Her goal is to help you feel lighter, more in control and confident maintaining your space long after she's left.
